If you need a proof, please note that in the personalization box when purchasing. If nothing is left regarding a proof, we will move directly to production. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE? If a proof is not requested when the order is placed, we will move to production and get your order processing as quickly as possible. If a proof is requested, you will receive an artwork proof to your email on file with Etsy. Please make sure you have a current email on file in your Etsy account. Once artwork is approved, order moves to production...a delay in proof approval or excessive changes can delay the ship date and require rush/shipping fees to make sure the order gets to you on time. To ensure we don't miss your important date: Proofs that are requested and not approved within 2 days will move to final production. We will assume that all of the information you entered at check out is correct. We won't be responsible for incorrect information if you have not approved the requested proof and it moves to final production. WILL I GET A PROOF? If a proof is requested, we will send a proof to the email you have on file with Etsy for your review before final production is started. Once artwork is approved, order moves to production can take up to 10 days depending on the time of the year and order volume (this does not include weekends, holidays or shipping time)...a delay in proof approval or excessive changes can delay the ship date and require rush fees and upgraded shipping fees to make sure the order gets to you on time.
